Age Restriction: It is strictly prohibited for any person under 21 years of age to register, access, or use 2jil Casino. If we determine that an underage person has registered an account, that account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any withdrawals already processed), and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR as required by Applicable Law.
Account Management
One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 2jil Casino. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount at 2jil Casino is ₱50 per transaction, unless a specific promotional offer specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider and 2jil Casino's internal transaction limits, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. 2jil Casino strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account may be subject to investigation, refund, and account suspension.
Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with Philippine AML regulations and PAGCOR directives, 2jil Casino may request proof of the source of funds for any deposit. Refusal or failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
2jil Casino does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., bank transfer charges) are your sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by 2jil Casino.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have completed full KYC verification. KYC documentation required includes a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, or voter's ID) and proof of registered mobile number. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Any balance remaining in a player account that has been dormant for a continuous period of twelve (12) months without login activity may be subject to a monthly account maintenance fee, as notified to the player in advance.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Eligibility. Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

- Unless specifically stated, bonuses are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of award. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by 2jil Casino. 2jil Casino reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) your account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) a dispute relating to your account is under investigation; or (d) PAGCOR or another competent authority has directed us to do so.
Closure by 2jil Casino. Where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed, 2jil Casino may permanently close your account. Upon permanent closure for cause, any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in your account will be forfeited. Real-money funds remaining in your account following closure for cause will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and PAGCOR directives.
Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your 2jil Casino account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any eligible balance in your account, subject to these Terms. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-exclusion periods available at 2jil Casino are: six (6) months, twelve (12) months, five (5) years, or permanent exclusion.
